Having grown up overseas, CHEF KATHLEEN FRANCIS
brings an international flair to Extreme Cuisine which is
reflected in her cooking style. Her dream of introducing
upscale cuisine into the home through cooking workshops
was realized when she created her culinary arts classes for
aspiring chefs of all ages. She and her partner also offer their
services to bring their talents into your home as an in-home chef. As a member of Texas Chef
Association and having worked in the food industry for over
30 years, Chef Kathleen brings three decades of culinary
experience to the table, resulting in her reputation for
Growing up locally, CHEF MATT FAIRCHILD understands his clients' tastes for delicious and plentiful food.
His dedication to the best ingredients, his
personable style and his attention to detail are all
hallmarks of Chef Matt’s signature. He teaches
professional methods for preparing stunning
culinary marvels while also serving the Metroplex
his classic and exquisitely displayed foods. A
member of the Texas Chefs Association and the
American Culinary, Chef Matt has been Director of
the Boys and Girls Club of Denton, volunteer
children’s group leader for Friends of the Family
and taught music at Denton Calvary Academy. A
man of diverse talents with a heart to give back,
his wonderful view of life is a perspective that
drives him to excellence in his kitchen and yours.
